We do estate planning which includes the preparation of wills, trusts, charitable trust, self-directed trusts, minor's trusts, and other related planning documents. We also prepare federal and state tax returns related to estate administration. We provide legal services in tax disputes with federal and state agencies.

We will prepare financial plans and draft the necessary documents to implement these plans. We prepare Asset Protection Plans including but not limited to drafting the necessary documents to implement the Asset Protection Plan. These plans are targeted to the medical profession.

We provide legal services in buying, selling or exchanging real estate; We prepare all types of real estate documents, such as, leases, deeds, contracts to sell real estate, etc. We also assist in real estate closings. We will structure real estate exchanges where requested.

With the complexity of the federal and state tax laws we provide consultation and representation on all tax matters. We represent clients in civil and criminal cases. We are qualified to represent clients before the U.S. Tax court, Federal Circuits Courts in Illinois and Missouri and the United States Supreme Court.

We represent and provide services to financial institutions in monitoring the real estate taxes in the State of filings so that the financial institutions do not lose the security for the mortgages (Real Estate).
