All real estate, either owned by the Lender or its customers, will be tracked in the counties by parcel numbers and the delinquent taxes through our computer program.

2.

Reports will be provided semi-annually or more frequently if needed to the Lender. A list of potential fields on said reports are as follows.

a.

parcel number;

b.

customer number and/or name;

c.

loan number;

d.

tax delinquency year and amount;

e.

petitions files for tax deed;

f.

special reports upon requests by the Lender.
